Mark ran through the crowded hallway of his high school in hopes of not getting late today.
The warning bell had rung and he was not even NEAR his class. His teacher wasn't the most forgiving and the fact that he was late basically everyday didn't help. As he made the last turn around the corner, he bumped onto somebody. they both fell butt-first to the ground and all of their books and papers flew out of their hands. As Mark was scrambling to pick up his belongings, the final bell rang. He sighed to himself and picked up all of his papers that were scattered in the ground while so, he accidentaly took a paper that wasn't his.
'umm... i think that's my paper' the girl that mark crashed into said in a voice mark could describe as a melody in his ear. she took the paper from the older boy and smile slightly. mark wanted to smile back, he wanted to at least speak up but it's as if something is stuck in his throat and stoped him on letting any sound to exit his mouth. The female picked her bag up and before mark could react POOF she was gone.
Mark stood up and walk to his class, without surprise he was late and of course his teacher was unhappy about this, but Mark couldn't care less, because for the rest of the day the girl was all mark's brain could think of. everytime he had a chance he went out and search for her, the hallway, the cafeteria, gym hall, even the rooftop. but his search's result was as good as none for the last bell of the school day has rang and he hadn't even SAW any signs of the girl. Well, he settled on continueing his search the next day.
After he went home he directly went to his room and began on writting in his diary
December 4th, 2017
I saw her for the very first time today. the prettiest girl i have ever met in my life, other than my mom. Out of all the students, how could i have missed her? her smooth brown hair looks beautiful and fluffy, her soft stare behind those round glasses. the first 2 months of this school year almost feels like a waste now. maybe if i had seen that breathtaking smile earlier, i wouldn't have minded going to school. i don't know what her name is, i don't know what grade she's in. the only thing i know is that i want to get to know her.
THE NEXT DAY
The lunch bell rang and Mark rushed out of his classroom and headed for the cafeteria. He hoped that maybe if he got there a bit early, he would find the girl he was looking for. the cafeteria was flooded with students, none of them was the one Mark wanted to see. He frowned to himself and made his way over to his group of his friends. "What's up with you?" Jeffrey said as he slapped Mark on the back. Mark winced slightly, even playful hit hurts when it came from Jeffrey. "Nothing" "It doesn't look like nothing.. are you sure?" the black haired boy sitting beside Jeffrey said. Mark was pretty sure his name is sicheng but he wasn't positive. He only met him last week. Mark shrugged, "Im looking for someone" he began turning his head and looked around the cafeteria in hopes of seeing that soft brown locks. But sadly the result is negative.
"Can you describe her?" Sicheng asked. "Well... she has round glasses and soft brown locks and her eyes are so pretty." "I think i know who it is, she's wendy. She's a grade below us" "Ooh,then where does she usually ate?" "In the garden at the school's backyard".
And Mark started on being friends with wendy eversince.. or more than friends

It's been a while since I wrote in this diary but I've been a little busy with my girlfriend. It's been a year since me and wendy started dating and Ive never been so happy. Everything he does takes my breath away and I thank my lucky stars that I was late that day. Because I might haven't met my wendy otherwise.
the only thing id get if i was late is a ticket to detention
