Jungkook shivered as rain started falling from the sky, little droplets of rain had fallen and began to decorate his plain white shirt. He shrugged and kept walking on the sidewalk of the shop crammed street.
Across the street was a girl, struggling to get herself away from the rain, her sweater clinging only to one of her shoulder. She tried running as graceful as she can with her skirt and lifted her eyes in the misty afternoon to the level of the boy with the black cap with hands in his pockets.
Without realizing the boy was only one step away from bumping his head to a pole, his forehead crunched up in confusion as the girl made a sound of warning. But it was too late.
Bam! His head collided with the pole.
He staggered back, his face blushing red in embarrassment, only to look to his left where the girl was still walking, laughing softly. Her smiling eyes still on him. What she did not know was that a foot from her was another pole, ready to hit her in the face as well.
As the girl’s attempt, the boy failed to warn her and with a bonk! Her forehead collided with a pole as well.
The girl’s face bloomed red as she laughed softly to herself, accessing how embarrassing the situation had become, so the two strangers stopped walking and stared at each other in soft humiliation.
The awkwardness did not last, as the rain kept falling, more and more as the time passed by. The girl struggled to keep the rest of herself dry with her arms covering her head, so the boy looked a few shops in front of him was a cozy coffee shop that he nudged his head to, as he mouths Would you like to have coffee with me?
