Alright! I'm going to big bro's home town! Wait, what did he mean by 'a lot of violence'? Oh well. I'm so excited!

We hop on the train that'll take us to North City. I heard that it has lots and lots of snow! I got a jacket with me in case i get cold. Basara doesn't have to buy one, he wears one all the time!

I took out Tripress and placed him on my lap to talk, since big bro is busy with Drazeros. Altough, Tripress doesn't talk as much as Drazeros so... Well, he'll keep me company.

"Hey kid, wake up. We're here." I felt something... Or someone jabbing my sides.

I woke up with a grunt. Why is it suddenly so cold? I look out the window and saw a city covered in snow. Lots and lots of snow.

I took out my jacket and put it on. Once the train stopped, we got off and started walking around.

I let big bro lead the way because this is his home town after all. I looked around but... "It's so... Empty."

"Most parts of the town are deserted." He replied. "The allyways are filled with delinquits. They won't bother to come out if you don't have anything they want."

I gulped. "What do they want?"

He suddenly stopped and I accidently bumped into him. "What's wrong, big bro?" I tried asking but he looked up ahead.

"Hey Basara!" Hey! It's the guy with the blue dragon B-daman and his friends!

Basara Kurochi:

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked the group. Let's see... There's mystery boy, fat eater, phobia boy, rabbit girl, Shigami, lion boy, Moru and his hench boy, Kamon, bee boy, lone wolf, Bakuga, Jenta and Kamon's two older siblings.

"Haven't you heard? The WBMA is holding a new crossfire tournament here!" Kamon stated. "I'm so fired up!"

"Didn't you come here to participate?" Garuburn asked.

"Not really, but since you told me, when's the tournament?" I was suddenly interested in this.

"Well, it isn't clear, so we just decided to come early." Riki said.

"Although we didn't plan it out that well..." Jenta began.

"And now we're lost." Bakuga finished.

"Thanks a lot, Grand B-Master." Mitsuru accussed.

"Sorry guys." Kamon apologized. "I just got fired up!"

"We noticed." His brother, the former Grand B-Master said.

"It's a good thing we ran into you, Basara." Sumi said. "You know your way around, right? This is your home town after all!"

I grunted. "Ask Gunner to help. I already have a kid with me." And now they've just noticed Ryan.

"Gunner's pretty busy." Yuki stated. "He's got a game this season."

"We'll do it." Seriously?! Again Drazeros?!

"Whatever." It was the nicest thing I could manage to say. Now I had to lead a whole group to the closest place to stay. And the place wasn't much of a 'home' either.

"Hey." I looked back at the group. "No complaining about where we stay, got it? Asuka's place might be a resort, but that's on the other side of town. Around here, you have to make use of anything you have."

Samuru narrowed his eyes. "We don't have a choice, do we?"

I smirked. "Nope."

Kamon Day:

"I have a pretty bad feeling about this place." I muttered.

"What's wrong Kamon?" My sister asked.

I gave her a reassuring smile. "It's nothing. I'm just a bit cold."

"You're not the only one." My brother smirked at me. I nudged his sides and he did the same to me. Man, I love having him back.

Basara suddenly stopped so we did too. He was looking straight ahead, at something only he could see.

"Is something wrong?" Novu asked.

Basara started cursing slightly. "Shoot, they found us."

"Who found us?" I spoke up.

"Quiet kid." He scolded. He kept his head facing front and we leaned over to see.

Oh boy. Five people were blocking our way. They were all big and muscular. They towered over Basara with a smug grin.

The tallest one walked forward until he was only a few feet away from us. "Well, well. I didn't think you'd show your face around here ever again, Kurochi." He knows Basara?

"What can I say? I go around." Basara replied with his own smirk.

This might not end well.
