About Us

Robert, he is just a normal person. He is sitting in a playground, alone, and confused. He is wearing a watch that doesn’t works, boots that have too many cracks. For work, he plays piano at the morning and have fun by drinking with his friends at night. Sometimes to kick things up a notch, he goes on a date once a week, twice a week, or maybe three times a week. One day, Robert bought some groceries like normal people do. But, then he saw a fresh pack of cash, there was a red stain but he didn’t care about it. He put his groceries down and took the cash with no hesitation. He walked away and then someone stole his groceries. He didn’t feel bad for what he has done. Then he went to a bar and started drinking expensive drinks with his expensive friends. He went to check for his phone and then he got a message from a girl. The message was ‘Come over’. He took one more shot and went to his car. Stupidly thinking he can drive his car, he looked for his key and started to drive. He lost all of his concentration and sadly, he crashed into someone.

Let’s talk about Alice, she like to go to places like subway. She has long dark hair, always use a huge dark coat. She doesn’t have friends, she doesn’t want to make friends with other either. Alice claims to suffer from kleptomania. Kleptomania is an impulse control disorder that results in an irresistible urge to steal. One day, she stole a gold watch, a bracelet, and a strawberry smoothie. She felt satisfied. Then, she saw a thief, holding a bag full of cash. Without thinking for too long, she called the cops. Is it amazing? A person that has broken various laws called the cops to report this man. After that, she didn’t change at all. She stole two bags of groceries. That is her life, she got everything she need. She texted someone that she know he will come with only two words, ‘Come over’.

Now let’s talk about Anthony, he is a criminal. He does crimes everyday but always fail as many times he does crimes. This time, he was sentenced one year in prison. After living twelve months in jail, he went back home to his wife. Everything has never changed for him except for his wife, but he didn’t care about that. One day, he was preparing himself a slice of pizza. He saw a paper under the microwave. He was curious about it so he open the paper and read it. He found out that his wife is in debt. Anthony doesn’t know what to do. For him, he only has one more choice that is to commit a crime by stealing. He got the cash and ran away. As he was walking out from the mall, he saw a lady staring at him. He ignored it and walked away. He got hit by a cop and a stack of cash dropped from his bag.

How about Mary? Her husband is Anthony. She works as waiter in a restaurant at morning and as a receptionist in a hotel at night. Then, as time passed by, she waited until his husband is free from jail. As time passed by, she found online gambling that led her into suffering. Her husband finally came home and then they live happily together. A few days later, she got a letter from the bank. She is in debt. She felt hopeless. So, she ran away. She has no direction to go. She doesn’t know where to go. Then, she went to his car with no hope. She even didn’t get the chance to use his seatbelt, someone hit her car.

What do we learn from this story? If Mary didn’t play online gambling, she wouldn’t be in debt. If Mary wasn’t in debt, Anthony wouldn’t stole the cash. If Anthony didn’t stole the cash, Alice wouldn’t called the cops. If Alice didn’t called the cops, Anthony wouldn’t get caught by the cops and the stack of cash won’t drop. If the stack of cash didn’t dropped, Robert wouldn’t took the cash. If Robert didn’t spent the cash to drink, he won’t get drunk. If Robert didn’t get drunk, he won’t crash Mary. So, our lesson from this story is that people are like dominos. If one person did something, everyone get affected.
